At Schroders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are inclusive networks that drive change and connect employees passionate about inclusion. I designed the wordmark system and supporting collateral for each group, working closely with ERG members to ensure every identity reflected their purpose, values and community. Through consultation and collaboration, each group became part of the creative process, helping shape a system that felt authentic and meaningful to them.
Using colour, patterns and symbols to represent each group’s unique identity, I created a cohesive framework that sat within the Schroders brand Lens while allowing each ERG to express its own voice. I also developed guidance and educated groups on how to use the system effectively across channels. The result was a suite of identities employees felt proud to own and share - actively using them across internal communications and social platforms, helping build employee advocacy and amplify Schroders’ Employee Value Proposition globally.
Developed an ERG identity system that gave employee communities a consistent and recognisable visual voice. Working collaboratively with ERG groups, I created designs they felt proud to own and provided guidance to help them use the assets effectively across communications and social channels.

An internal campaign created for Schroders’ Gender Equality Network, designed to challenge perceptions of flexible working by highlighting the diverse reasons employees choose to work differently. Through authentic portraits, bold visual storytelling and playful messaging, the campaign celebrated real experiences from across the business - making flexible working more visible, relatable and inclusive.

A Schroders HR internal communications campaign designed to challenge the traditional view of career progression and encourage employees to explore different paths, experiences and opportunities.
I created the campaign identity by evolving Schroders’ existing brand language into a flexible visual system. The logo uses a moving line that forms the letter shape before continuing into a series of squiggles and pathways - representing the unique journeys careers can take.
The animated identity became a visual thread across all campaign assets, bringing consistency and energy to employee stories, videos and communications.
Through a series of authentic employee stories, the campaign showcased the different ways people build their careers - from unexpected moves and new experiences to opportunities across the business. Each story helped bring the idea of “squiggly careers” to life.
